Fulham to make ‘their biggest ever investment’ for Shakhtar winger Kevin

Fulham are close to completing the signing of Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin (22), in what will be the most expensive purchase in the club’s history, according to reports.

Spanish outlet AS reports that the Cottagers will make “their biggest ever investment” to secure the young Brazilian’s signature.

According to the cited outlet, Fulham will pay between €40m and €45m (approximately £34.5m to £38.9m), in a deal that would involve a fixed fee + add-ons depending on various objectives.

Fulham are set to make history with their record-breaking signing. The Cottagers are finalising a deal for Kevin (São Paulo, Brazil; 2003) from Shakhtar – a landmark transfer that will surpass the £32m paid for Emile Smith Rowe last season as their most expensive ever. – Eduardo Burgos for AS

Kevin‘s representatives will travel to London at the start of next week to unblock negotiations. Because with the player, everything has been agreed for days, on a contract that would be valid until 2030.
